Classes and Activities
We offer a varied programme of classes and activities through the week as part of our wellbeing work. All our groups are designed to build confidence and skills, and to provide opportunities for having fun and making new friends.
Learn English
Our classes are informal and can be joined any time, space permitting. They are aimed at beginner level, and we sometimes have some conversation classes available too. A creche is available during all basic classes. Please come to the Tuesday drop-in to register for a class.
Computer Club
Wednesday mornings 10 - 12
A computer club with a teacher and volunteer supporters. We have a waiting list, please ask at reception to register.
Rainbow Haven Choir
Supported by Music Action International, our choir learn songs from around the world and rehearse for community performances.
Mamas and Babies Group
in Gorton, 1-2.30pm on Wednesdays (with a creche for older children)
A safe and friendly group for pregnant women and mothers of new babies to share experiences, get information and have fun. Please come and ask at the Tuesday drop-in or email info@rainbowhaven.org.uk to find out how to join this group.
