Our drop-in opens on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Gorton - please check the front page for updates.
Doors open at 9.30, please arrive before
9 am time to get an appointment for advice.
We welcome people to spend time in our drop-in space, join in activities and enjoy a meal at lunchtime.

Information, Advice & Advocacy
We support people over time to become more confident in seeking information, filling forms and using online resources for themselves.
Courses
All our activities and courses are designed to develop confidence and self-esteem, teach new skills and promote interaction and social networks. Creche places available for clients with little ones.
